Mrs. Rodgers was such a gracious, warm host. The farmhouse and surrounding property are beautiful and serene. The guest rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a delicious homemade affair with fresh fruit and local maple syrup. We'd love to return and explore the area more.
Day two was French toast, scrambled eggs and sausage along with the cereal, etc.
Nancy the host was friendly and accommodating. The two most important features in any Bed and Breakfast.
All the back woods hostile rednecks and no place to do anything fun or eat a decent meal. I guess if you want to sit around and look at the man made hills....weeee have at it.
Lovely bed and breakfast. Owners very friendly but also not intrusive, sharing their home as well as allowing personal time and space. Room was upstairs but they did have one downstairs for those who have difficulty with stairs. Beautiful surroundings, extremely quiet. Breakfast was wonderful. My only problem is that it is way off the highway to reach it, including gravel road. We did enjoy our stay.
Our hosts, Nancy and Jim were delightful. Very knowledgeable of the area. The inn is an old farm house and has at least 8 rooms. Linens were clean and neat and the rooms and bathrooms were squeaky clean.
Breakfast in the morning was a food lovers delight! Day one we had pancakes, over easy eggs, bacon, cereal, fresh bananas, strawberries, blueberries and cherries, coffee and orange juice. Oh...real butter and real maple syrup, too!
I would recommend this to anyone!
